The Insea CD-Rom is designed to compare the salary of an organization to a specific sample.
To qualify an employee you want to compare to a specific profile contained in the Insea data Base, you have to :
Fill in the characteristics of your company by giving the company name and the criteria that characterise your enterprise (company trade, turnover and region)
Specify the divisions composing your organization where the people you want to check their salary work in.
Specify the characteristics of your employee.

To compare a salary with a specific sample of the Insea Data Base, you have to provide all the characteristics of your search :
Level
Level within the function
You may also add more criteria like diploma, type, region and turnover of the company.
Once the analysis is completed, the computer will edit the report giving a comparison between the data characterizing your employee and the value corresponding with the sample you have chosen.
