Parameters of selection
Six major parameters of selection have been included in the Insea's Salary
Survey : the type of trade of the company, its turnover, the employee's
diploma, his gender, his age, and the region where the company is located.
The components of sample's analysis
This function of the survey allows to see in which proportions each of those
criteria were represented for a determined function and level. You just have to
choose the function and desired level to analyze, and to click on the
calculation button. The percentage will then appear to show you the proportion
for each criteria. You will also see the number of people included in the
survey who match your selection.
If you want, you can obtain all those information in a report by clicking on
the report button.
Global annual salary
For the selection you made, you can also get the global annual salary. You
will get the different percentiles, and see in which proportion they were
represented.
When a line of zeros appears, it means the sample is too small for the
selection you made to calculate the information requested with precisions.
If you want, you can obtain all those information in a report by clicking on
the report button.
Gross monthly salary
To get the gross monthly salary, repeat the same operations than to get the
global annual salary.
Allowances
For the same selection, you can see if allowances are usually granted by the
company, and if yes, analyze which type of company mostly do so.
